The Company is owned and operated by two partners, Douglas Nopper and William Scheibel.
Our mission is clear, by embracing the leading edge technologies presented to us by Motorola, Zetron, and Kenwood, to name a few, and creating leading edge solutions that solve customer problems we have built a successful and growing business focused on providing our customers with second-to-none sales and service experiences.

Integrated Wireless Technologies Designated a Motorola Service Elite Specialist by Industry Leader Motorola Solutions
In 2019, IWT received designation by Motorola Solutions as a Motorola Service Elite Specialist. This recognition is based on our ability to sell, design, deploy, support, and service the highest tiers of Motorola products and solutions. The designation, which is reviewed each calendar year, will be used when IWT acts as a Motorola subcontractor performing maintenance, installation, and warranty services for certain Motorola two-way radios such as P25 and MOTOTRBO, MCC Series and Avtec consoles, and subscriber units.
Receiving this designation means that IWT meets Motorola’s high level of service requirements including accreditation as a Certified Service Center and compliance with Motorola’s internal Environmental Health and Safety policy. Motorola requires a minimum number of our technicians achieve specific certification and meet rigorous training requirements necessary to perform certain services on both new and existing Motorola radio systems.

IWT co-owner William Scheibel said, “At IWT, we feel this designation validates our efforts and reflects our core values of providing our customers the best service by always striving to go above and beyond the expectation.”
